I won, I won!

I finally won the great tomato race. Victory is so sweet. When I say I am gloating and boasting, I am! How can something so silly make me so happy? I finally beat my Dad. I never thought I would see the day.  I guess in a way I won by default, not my problem, I still won. The competition got so intense my Dad thought he would add some extra fertilizer and sadly he burned up every single tomato plant. Sorry Dad, they were going so well. They would have crushed me out. But you can’t get over zealous.

I won, I won! Did I tell you I won??

Thanks Jac, my dad is so mad. My mom showed him the post and he came right over to investigate my garden. I asked him how does he think I felt losing five years in a row?? By the way they taste absolutely delicious too! Just to rub it in Dad. He-he

Hi my son just been diagnosed with apraxia i am so scared of the future. Just watched your clip from casana and am now in tears i pray most of the time that he will one day speak and i am finding it heartbreaking listening to him trying so hard. Sometimes he just shakes his head because he just cant do it and its all too hard. My little boy Luke is 3 and only just starting therapy i am hoping it will help as he has school next year.

Hi Melanie, I am so sorry. I understand exactly how you are feeling. Deep breath. The odds are really in our favor that our Lukes will learn to talk. It breaks my heart to hear your little guy get’s upset. Therapy is going to help him so much. You will be amazed! Now I’m praying for two little boys named Luke…Mine and yours! Let me know how things progress. Love, Jen
