Check out the progress Luke has made in only 6 weeks with Miss Megan at Lucid speech and language in Murrieta, CA. We drive an hour each way 2 times a week. Luke’s therapy is an intense 30 minutes. Keep in mind six weeks ago he was only saying “da”!! We had been to several other speech clinics, none which really knew much about Apraxia. You can take the long road, or you can find a therapist who knows what it takes to help an Apraxic child! Click here to see video-

Footprints in the Sand
One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.
Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.
In each scene I noticed footprints in the sand.
Sometimes there were two sets of footprints,
other times there were one set of footprints.
This bothered me because I noticed
that during the low periods of my life,
when I was suffering from
anguish, sorrow or defeat,
I could see only one set of footprints.
So I said to the Lord,
“You promised me Lord,
that if I followed you,
you would walk with me always.
But I have noticed that during
the most trying periods of my life
there have only been one
set of footprints in the sand.
Why, when I needed you most,
you have not been there for me?”
The Lord replied,
“The times when you have
seen only one set of footprints in the sand,
is when I carried you.”

Hi Jen, thanks so much for your blog and videos. I have an 18 months old and something is wrong as she is not making one word, not copying sounds etc. Watching your videos clearly helped me keep on fighting and not listening to the “don’t worry Einstein didn’t speak till he was 3″ comments. Thanks so much.
